With great commitment and passion, you actively contribute to the success of the two blue Cinema operations in Lucerne. You are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation at Maxx in Emmenbrücke including the sports bar and bowling alley, as well as for the Capitol in Lucerne. You actively work within the operation and gladly take on responsibility. As our operations are open seven days a week, you bring the willingness to work flexibly in a 7-day operation. Our main business takes place especially in the evenings and on weekends.

• Responsibility for the operational and business management of the two operations as well as active participation in day-to-day business
• Main responsibility for customer- and service-oriented service
• Recruitment, onboarding and leadership of the team
• Demand- and target-oriented personnel planning with foresight, taking budget guidelines into account
• Control and processing of time recording
• Development of new processes and concepts
• Compliance with and control of hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as the legal provisions of the L-GAV
• Organisation and execution of events
• Close exchange with the Area Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and the management of other locations
• Professional complaint management
• Organisation and control of quality-oriented inventory management including supplier management and inventory

• Successfully completed vocational training or proven professional experience in the gastronomy, hotel or cinema industry
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Further training in Gastro Basic Seminar 1 or 2 is an advantage
• Cinema experience is a great plus but not a must
• With your positive charisma and high social competence, you inspire our guests and employees every day anew
• We can count on your independent, service-oriented and quality-conscious way of working
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm and act proactively and thoughtfully
• As a team player, you share your knowledge proactively and show active willingness to help

• You communicate flawlessly in German (spoken/written) and preferably in English
