About the job
The Roman Catholic parish of Waldenburgertal is looking for an independent, reliable and communicative personality from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.Your tasks
• Management of financial and payroll accounting as well as preparation of budget and annual accounts
• Responsibility for contracts, personnel administration including social insurances and other insurances
• Organisation and coordination of administrative processes
• Support of the parish council and the parish team
• Public relations: website and general communication tasks
• Participation in meetings and parish events
Your profile
• Commercial training, ideally with further education in finance or accounting
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Confident German and enjoyment in contact with people
• Member of a publicly recognised Swiss national church
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
