• Completed technical training in building services engineering with preferred further education
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in the technical field
• Strong social skills with clear and respectful communication style
• High organisational skills, negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as very good German language skills
