Real Estate Accounting Expert (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Update accounting and check bank balances
• Record creditor invoices and execute payment via DTA system
• Prepare provisional and final accounting closures
• Process salary calculations for caretakers and execute payment
• Prepare annual declarations (AHV, Lainf, IPG sickness, IF, salary certificates)

Requirements

• Commercial training with experience in real estate accounting
• Proven accounting experience in Switzerland of at least 5 years
• Native Italian speaker, knowledge of German is preferable
• Excellent command of the Office suite and accounting software
• Precision, flexibility, sense of responsibility and organisational skills
• Good stress resistance, discretion and adaptability
• Ability to work in a team
