You conduct international tenders for defined procurement areas.
You prepare and independently conduct supplier negotiations.
In case of supply problems, you take over 2nd-level escalation.
You develop procurement strategies together with relevant internal departments.
The selection and evaluation of suitable suppliers is part of your duties.
You analyse market information and derive procurement measures from it.
You coordinate open supplier issues until resolution.
You coordinate purchasing activities with supply chain management.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship or several years of professional experience in technical purchasing.
Further training as a purchasing specialist is an advantage.
Experience in international procurement organisations is required.
Confident appearance and strong negotiation skills.
Analytical skills and a structured approach.
Independent working style with complex purchasing topics.
Assertiveness and reliability in dealing with business partners.
Very good German and good English skills for international supplier communication.
