- Completed carpentry training and advanced qualifications required.
- Strong technical understanding and organizational skills needed.
- Proficient in CAD and project preparation methodologies.

About the job
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Head of Carpentry Department (m/f/d) to lead our 18-member team, ensure efficient production, and manage demanding customer projects.
Your tasks
• Staff management: Professional and disciplinary leadership of 18 carpenters and apprentices.
• Project management: From production planning (AVOR) through manufacturing to timely assembly and billing.
• Quality assurance: Monitoring production standards, occupational safety, and deadlines.
• Customer contact: Technical advice and support for architects, builders, and suppliers.
• Calculation: Preparing quotations and post-calculations.
Your profile
• Completed training as a certified carpenter (EFZ) with further successful training as a master carpenter, technician HF, or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership position in timber construction or interior finishing.
• High technical understanding, organisational talent, and solid CAD/AVOR knowledge.
• Assertive, team-oriented, and engaging personality.
