- You are the central interface for advising patients, relatives and treatment teams and coordinate the objectives with cost bearers and service providers
- You coordinate cost approvals, objections, admission dates and transports, provide the necessary documents and manage them in the customer system

- High social competence, diplomatic skill in dealing with different people, as well as enjoyment in working in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
