Trust Expert (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established trust and consulting firm focusing on tax advice, finance and accounting, payroll administration, as well as business management services. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong customer orientation, it supports companies, SMEs, and private individuals with financial, tax, and entrepreneurial issues.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you are the central contact person for a diverse client portfolio and accompany your mandates in the long term.
You develop solutions for demanding tax, financial, and organisational issues, thereby creating direct added value for your clients.
At the same time, you take responsibility for the professional and personal development of your employees.
Together with management, you shape the further development of the trust sector as well as modern and digital processes.
Through active client care and networking, you contribute to expanding existing relationships and acquiring new mandates.
Qualifications:
A higher professional qualification as a trust expert, expert in accounting and controlling, auditor, or comparable forms your foundation.
You have solid experience in managing demanding trust mandates.
Your consulting strength and interest in complex entrepreneurial issues distinguish you.
You bring leadership experience or wish to develop employees professionally and personally.
Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, quality awareness, and very good German skills are among your strengths.
