Tasks
What tasks await you as a Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)?
- Project planning, costing and execution planning of sanitary systems
- Preparation of schematics and tenders and creation of calculations
- Technical site management and support of projects during execution
- Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
- Collaboration with clients, general/subcontractors, architects and specialist planners as well as leading project meetings
- Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases
Requirements
What requirements do you bring as a Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)?
- Training as a technician (m/f/d) HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an appropriate position
- Experience in planning and realising sanitary projects
- Good knowledge of MS Office, as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
- Independent and structured way of working
- Enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
- Very good German language skills
