Job Description
As part of a replacement, we are looking for a physiotherapist at 80% to provide general physiotherapy care until the end of September.
You will work with a varied patient base requiring rehabilitation and reconditioning treatments within a dynamic and structured care setting. Your mission is to assess patients' functional needs, establish appropriate treatment goals, and implement personalised care plans aimed at improving mobility, recovery, autonomy, and quality of life.
On a daily basis, you will conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, design coherent treatment plans, and adapt your interventions according to clinical progress. You will use mobilisation, strengthening, stretching, effort reconditioning, and therapeutic education techniques as indicated. You will also ensure regular monitoring of progress, re-evaluation of goals, and adjustment of care measures as needed.
In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to care coordination and continuity of care. You will participate in clinical discussions, share your observations, and actively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive, relevant, and safe approach for each patient. You will also ensure the quality of documentation, traceability of performed acts, and compliance with current protocols.
Your role also involves constant attention to the patient relationship. You know how to establish a climate of trust, explain your interventions clearly, and support each person with empathy, professionalism, and kindness. You thus contribute to providing quality care tailored to the expectations and specific needs of each individual.

Profile Sought
You hold a recognised physiotherapy diploma and have authorisation to practise in Switzerland or can justify equivalence according to current requirements. You have proven experience in general physiotherapy and master the usual evaluation, treatment, and follow-up techniques in practice, institution, or hospital settings.
You are able to manage a diverse patient base with rigour, autonomy, and organisational skills. Your ability to quickly analyse a clinical situation, prioritise your interventions, and adapt your treatments according to therapeutic goals is an essential asset. You master the basics of professional documentation and know how to work methodically respecting quality standards and confidentiality rules.
On a relational level, you are recognised for your listening skills, empathy, and ability to establish a trusting relationship with patients. You enjoy teamwork and collaborate easily with other health professionals. You demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and an excellent sense of responsibility, qualities essential to ensure continuous and quality care during a replacement.
