Digital Workplace Team Leader at the IT Department
To strengthen its teams, the Information Systems Department (DSI) of the CHUV is looking for a Digital Workplace team leader, at a workload of 80% to 100%, for a start date on March 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in the fields of care, medical research, and education.
The Information Systems Department (DSI) is organized according to standard IT processes and includes the areas of Projects, Governance, Applications, Infrastructure, as well as Services and Support.
Within the IT Services and Support group, the Digital Workplace team is responsible for collaborative spaces, electronic document management, the intranet, process digitization, as well as the Microsoft 365 office environment. It provides operational support to users and assists the business units in evolving and automating their digital practices.
Mission
- You manage and lead a team composed of 6 internal and external collaborators
- You advise and assist users in managing their requests related to the digital work environment
- You lead Digital Workplace projects and support the business units in needs analysis and solution integration
- You manage the solutions and applications within your scope, as well as the associated supplier contracts
- You analyze and control the quality of services while ensuring financial monitoring of the services
- You develop and maintain a service catalog and ensure the contractualization of the client-supplier relationship.
Profile
- You hold a higher education degree in computer science (ES, HES or equivalent title)
- You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a team management position
- You have solid expertise in SharePoint, electronic document management, and workflow engines
- You master Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Forms, Planner, and the Power Platform environments
- You possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
- You appreciate teamwork and have a good sense of service.
