We are looking for you as a Service Specialist: Train Station (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO at the Aachen location as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• You are passionate about your tasks, approach our travellers openly and enjoy the variety between customer service at DB Information, mobile services on the platform and traveller support throughout the entire station area
• We know that it can sometimes get bumpy, here you stand by our travellers with an open ear, advice and support and inform them about alternative travel options
• In addition to information about trains, you also inform our passengers about travel, stations and sights
• You see yourself as a host in our stations; if it gets busy, you keep a cool head and ensure safety
• There are travellers who particularly need your attention and help, to whom you naturally approach openly
• Our guests have lost or found something at the station – you are happy to take care of it
• You are proud to work for Deutsche Bahn and enthusiastically wear our company clothing
• Your team and your manager look forward to your suggestions for improvement

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial or service-oriented vocational training, e.g. clerk for transport services, retail saleswoman/man, hotel specialist
• We are pleased if you have already worked in service or are familiar with different cultures
• You love to delight your guests with a smile
• You naturally speak German and English
• If you speak an additional language, great
• You are proficient in common IT applications such as MS Office and ideally have good knowledge in the field of transport geography
• You look forward to working in a team and value the cohesion among colleagues
• Working at weekends and on public holidays is no problem for you
