• You are responsible for organizing planned maintenance activities as well as coordinating unplanned work during daily operations
• You are supported by a well-coordinated, experienced team of 10 employees
• In close coordination with the department management, you carry out maintenance planning and prepare the investment budgets for all buildings and facilities
• Together with your team, various stakeholders, and project managers, you lead maintenance projects while adhering to budget guidelines and operator responsibility
• You always keep an eye on new developments in the field of technology and specifically integrate current trends and standards into our services

• You have completed vocational training in the HVACSE field (EFZ 3 to 4 years) and bring several years of professional experience
• Through further training, you ensure that your know-how corresponds to the state of the art
• You have already successfully demonstrated your leadership skills
• Your strengths lie in communication and organization
• Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare
