Production Mechanic / Vocational Trainer m/f/d

Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for malfunctions on our modern, automated assembly systems
- Maintenance and servicing of automation, screw fixtures, and other production aids
- Manufacturing of components, special tools, and fixtures
- Management and organization of the individual parts warehouse
- Obtaining quotes and ordering necessary tools and materials
- Continuous optimization of existing fixtures and processes
- Independent implementation of ideas to improve the flow of goods
- Responsibility for supervising and further developing the apprentice(s) (Production Mechanic EFZ)
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
- Vocational trainer course completed or willingness to complete it
- Experience in maintenance and servicing of automation and systems
- Practical experience in operational maintenance and fixture construction
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechatronics
- Familiar with quality inspections and documentation of work results
- Confident in using MS Word, Excel, and ideally Babtec
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
