- You are part of the management team of the Gastronomy Lake Lucerne department and, in your role, a member of the management team of Tavolago AG
- You are responsible for the operational and personnel management of the service staff
- You plan, develop, and conduct all event and themed cruises
- You share responsibility for budget compliance in the areas of personnel, operating, and goods costs
- You lead our Chef de Service and are responsible for their onboarding, training, and development
- You actively support our employees on the ships during busy days
- You have several years of experience in gastronomy
- You have graduated from a hotel management school (G2/G3) or have an equivalent qualification
- You bring leadership experience
- You are familiar with events and have experience working with interfaces
- You speak fluent German (spoken & written), any additional language is an advantage
- You enjoy a varied workday with administrative tasks and operational assignments
- You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays, as well as take shifts in the evenings
