Grinder CNC Production (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Grinding and deburring aluminium profiles as well as welded assemblies according to technical specifications
• Ensuring the required surface quality and dimensional accuracy
• Operating and monitoring grinding machines and hand tools
• Conducting visual and quality inspections on manufactured components
• Documenting the completed work steps according to internal guidelines
• Responsibility for compliance with quality and safety regulations
• Maintenance and care of the used equipment and tools
• Supporting the continuous improvement of production processes

Your Profile

• Completed training in a technical or manual field is an advantage
• Experience in metalworking, preferably with grinding work on aluminium
• Confident reading and understanding of construction drawings
• Manual dexterity and a strong quality awareness
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Resilient and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
