For our client, an established Swiss company in industrial plant and process engineering, we are looking for a skilled, independent, and reliable individual as a Pipefitter / Preparer Plant Construction 100% (m/f) in the Baden AG area.
We are seeking a versatile professional who independently prepares, processes, and assembles pipelines and plant components. Ideally, you have experience in preparing and welding stainless steel pipes. Experienced TIG welders with a good understanding of pipelines and plant construction are also explicitly welcome.
- Cut, adjust, and process stainless steel pipes and plant components
- Assemble and mount pipeline, frame, and plant components
- TIG welding of pipelines and stainless steel constructions
- Perform welding work on demanding plant components
- Work according to technical drawings, isometrics, and manufacturing specifications
- Carry out mechanical adjustment and assembly work
- Check manufactured components for dimensional accuracy and quality
- Independent and careful handling of machines, tools, and equipment
- Close cooperation with workshop, assembly, and technical specialists
- Experience in pipeline construction, plant construction, or stainless steel processing is an advantage
- Good knowledge in preparing and processing pipelines
- Experience in TIG welding is highly welcome
- Knowledge of orbital welding is an advantage but not a requirement
- Confident reading of technical drawings and ideally pipeline isometrics
- Manual dexterity and good technical understanding
- Independent, precise, and quality-conscious working style
- Versatile and straightforward personality with a hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of varied work between pipe construction, welding, and plant assembly
- Good German skills for teamwork
You will work on different pipeline and plant components and accompany the production from preparation through mechanical processing to welding and assembly. You can apply your practical expertise independently and gain insight into demanding industrial plants.

- Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder, pipefitter, metalworker, welder, or in a comparable technical profession- Experience in pipeline construction, plant construction, or stainless steel processing is an advantage
