Who are we?
The Social Welfare Service (SPS) supports and coordinates the implementation of policies relating to people with disabilities and seniors. It plans the provision of services and manages the funding and supervision of specialised institutions under its jurisdiction. It plans the need for places in medico-social establishments (EMS), the need for home care and assistance, and grants subsidies to people who cannot finance their stay in EMS. It is also responsible for financing the residual costs of care.

- Handle legal questions
- Draft minutes of meetings

- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and propose pragmatic and legally sound solutions
- Autonomy, initiative and proactivity
- Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
