G&F Châtelain, a branch of Chanel SARL, is Chanel's watchmaking and jewellery manufacture in Switzerland. Responsible for developing, manufacturing and assembling the brand's watches and jewellery, our site brings together a wide variety of trades combining artisanal know-how and cutting-edge technology.
You will join the production teams as a Jewellery Visitage Coordinator.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you lead and coordinate the activities of your quality control module. As the guarantor of your sector's performance, you ensure the achievement of quality, cost and deadline objectives, while supporting your team and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Your impact at Chanel
Responsible for the quality control of finished and semi-finished products from A to Z in your workshop, you ensure resource balancing, monitor performance indicators and respect the operational objectives of your sector.
As the technical referent for your trade, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and participate in the implementation of solutions ensuring robust and repeatable controls. You also support employees daily, manage your team's administrative follow-up and ensure compliance with workshop operating, quality and safety rules.
What you will bring
You have several years of experience in an industrial environment and ideally have a successful first experience in team management.
You possess solid technical expertise in your trade as well as a good knowledge of watchmaking or jewellery visitage. You master aesthetic matrices, visitage paths and associated quality standards.
Organised and rigorous, you know how to plan and manage your sector's activity taking into account priorities, production objectives and available resources. Your sense of responsibility, your ability to make decisions and prioritise them allow you to ensure effective monitoring of your team's performance.
Recognised for your ability to communicate both vertically and horizontally, you know how to unite employees around common goals, support them in their development and help establish a climate of trust. You demonstrate rigour, consistency in action and are a driving force for proposals within a continuous improvement logic.
