We offer all types of contracts, from temporary assignments to permanent positions.
What we offer you:
- Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
- Work rate: 70 to 80%
- Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:00
- Contract type: Long-term assignment with possibility of permanent position
- Sector: Mental health at home
- Region: La Côte / Lausanne
Your mission:
- Assess clients' needs, develop and implement a personalised care plan at home.
- Ensure follow-up of situations in collaboration with the medico-social network to guarantee quality and continuity of care.
Your profile:
- Bachelor HES-SO in nursing or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Proven experience in psychiatry and/or psychogeriatrics
- Experience in home care is an asset
- Excellent listening skills, a sense of helping relationships and ease in networking
- Autonomy, proactivity and ability to manage complex or crisis situations
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
