CERTIFIED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

In this versatile and responsible role, you will oversee demanding new build and renovation projects.

Your Tasks

• Managing the construction project from preliminary planning to completion
• Ensuring occupational safety on the construction site
• Coordination with site management, clients, planners, and suppliers
• Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality compliance
• Leading and supporting foremen and site teams
• Assisting with measurement and post-calculation

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade (EFZ)
• Training as a construction manager SBA or professional experience in this field
• Proficient in MS Office and SORBA
• Independent, organised, and precise working style
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
