Team Leader Cleaning
Your area of responsibility includes:
You competently and expertly lead and promote your team of 14 employees. You are responsible for the smooth workflow in the cleaning area and ensure high quality. You revise and optimise our existing processes and skilfully implement appropriate training in the specialist area. In addition to your active participation in day-to-day business (including basic and intermediate cleaning), you devote yourself to leadership and administrative tasks such as monthly duty planning, annual employee reviews, ordering or conducting team reports, etc. The proportion of "office work" is about 3 days a week.
You bring with you:
You have completed training in the domestic sector or in building cleaning and have solid leadership experience in a comparable position (preferably in an institution). Your communication style is clear and appreciative, and you have very high social and leadership competence with a resource-oriented view of people. You work with joy, are physically in good shape and computer literate. Furthermore, you have a pronounced flair for organising and planning. A high standard of quality and sound knowledge of hygiene standards are a matter of course for you.
