International Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this demanding role, you are the first point of contact for customers on site and represent the company. After several months of training, you will independently or as part of a team, responsibly carry out the following tasks:

• Completion of the annual maintenance of storage systems - on schedule and according to quality standards

• Troubleshooting and repair assignments at the customer’s site

• Identification of unplanned repairs based on the condition of the system, coordination with contacts on site and execution of non-contractual work after confirmation

• Preparation of spare parts recommendations after consultation with the customer and discussion of possible modernisations

• Ensuring the safety and functionality of the systems

• Maintaining relationships with customers and their contacts

• Preparation of precise and timely reports on the work performed

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, mechatronics technician or a comparable technical qualification

• Very good electrical and mechanical knowledge

• Knowledge of PLC controls and the TIA Portal is an advantage

• High level of personal responsibility, perseverance and flexibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style

• High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally up to 90%

• Driving licence category B

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage

• Employment possible in Winterthur (CH) or Ubstadt (DE)
