What is my role?

In this varied position, you take on a central role as a link between our customers and production. You provide advisory support to our customers - by phone, in writing, or directly on site at the exhibition grounds. You prepare calculations and independently manage orders through all phases: from recording through production and assembly to billing.

A key focus of your work is supporting exhibition organisers and event planners. You assist them in implementing textile solutions, foil branding, labelling, and signage at exhibition and event venues. This is not about classic exhibition construction, but about the visual design of the event environment: guidance systems, markings, advertising spaces, textile applications, labelling, and other communication media on site.

You familiarise yourself with the requirements of exhibition organisers and event locations, think in terms of solutions, and help our customers to present their events professionally, visibly, and coherently. You manage internal processes, keep an eye on production workflows, monitor deadlines, and ensure that orders are completed on time and in flawless quality.

What do I need to be successful?

• A commercial education or training

• Ideally practical experience in internal sales, order processing, visual communication, exhibition and event environment, or a comparable field

• Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality with a quick grasp

• Organisational talent and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Structured and networked working style with an overview even with several parallel projects, appointments, and contacts

• Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage

• Very good oral and written communication skills in German

• French skills are a plus
