Property Manager (m/f/d)

Administration and management of residential properties, including rental apartments, multi-family houses and residential complexes.
Contact person for tenants, owners and external service providers in all matters of property management.
Letting of residential properties, including preparation of rental contracts, conducting property viewings
Monitoring and carrying out maintenance and repair work on the properties.
Preparation and management of operating cost statements as well as monitoring rent payments.
Planning and implementation of renovation and modernisation measures in cooperation with external service providers.
Budget planning and cost control for the managed residential properties.
Implementation of rent adjustments and negotiations in rental contracts.
Qualifications:
Completed training as a property manager, federal specialist certificate in property management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector.
Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties.
Sound knowledge of tenancy law as well as property management.
Experience in preparing operating cost statements and budget management.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting.
Confident use of common administration and accounting programmes as well as MS Office.
