Production Operator / Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Production of hard and soft sugar products in a GMP environment including packaging

• Conducting quality controls (IPC) and reporting deviations

• Resolving minor malfunctions on production equipment

• Preparing the workplace and machines

• Cleaning the equipment and production areas

• Performing bookings and corrections in SAP

• Recording and triggering material orders in the warehouse

• Comprehensive documentation of production processes according to applicable regulations

• Contributing to the optimisation of production workflows

What do I need to be successful?

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry

• Technical understanding and interest in production equipment

• High quality and hygiene awareness

• Physical resilience (regular standing and lifting loads up to 25 kg)

• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork

• Flexibility and strong commitment
