We are looking for a MSAT Bio Investigation Lab Scientist who is eager to join our Global Biologics Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MSAT) team, based in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
As an MSAT Bio Investigation Lab Scientist, you will lead lab-based activities supporting late-stage and commercial biologics. You will design, execute, analyse, and interpret experiments to support process transfers and investigations, ensuring robust and efficient manufacturing processes.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, QA, Development, and other MSAT colleagues across global sites. You may also supervise Scientists and Technicians within specific projects.
What you’ll do
- Lead lab-based MSAT activities from design to data interpretation.
- Support process transfers for late-stage and commercial biologics.
- Maintain and apply deep process expertise across products.
- Provide lab support for manufacturing and investigations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Present findings clearly in internal and external meetings.

- Master’s degree or PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in biologics process development or MSAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in GMP environments is a plus.
