The following tasks await you:
- Leading a physiotherapy team with about 10 employees
- Team management and employee development to ensure quality
- Deployment and vacation planning
- Ensuring therapy operations and processes as well as high patient satisfaction
- Participation in conceptual work such as therapy concepts and larger projects of the management team such as digitization
- Use and strengthening of interdisciplinarity with other areas such as nursing, medicine, etc.
- Supervision of students
- Direct work with patients as a certified physiotherapist, both inpatient and outpatient
- Administrative tasks in the therapy area as well as electronic documentation
- Taking over Saturday and holiday duties including assistance in coordinating the shifts
- Conducting team and medical training sessions
You convince us with this profile:
- Completed training as a certified physiotherapist
- Completed leadership training or willingness to complete one soon
- Completed SRK recognition or obligation to complete it at the start of employment
- Professional experience as a physiotherapist in rehabilitation desired
- Experience in leading employees desired
- Willingness to actively participate in the further development of the therapy area
- Good empathy and respectful interaction with patients
- Flexibility, independence, resilience, and organizational skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork, interdisciplinary exchange, and professional development
