To expand our team, we are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable talent as Head of HR 80-100%.
Work locations are Zurich and Olten; willingness to work throughout Switzerland is expected.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead and further develop the HR department and professionally and personally manage the HR team with two employees
- Ensure personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle (including payroll)
- Advise and support management and executives in the sense of an HR business partnership (e.g., recruitment, challenging personnel situations, separation)
- Set impulses and act integratively within health and conflict management
- Set and shape strategic milestones together with the executive management (e.g., succession planning, personnel development, regulations, processes)
- Observe and enforce labor law concerns and compliance requirements
- Design, lead, and implement HR projects
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Several years of experience as an HR business partner
- A commercial education with a focus on human resources (e.g., HR management, Master in HR)
- Proficiency in the French language
- High social competence, empathetic and motivating personality with excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills, quality thinking, and healthy pragmatism
- Experienced IT user knowledge of MS Office and ERP tools, Abacus is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance
