Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Identification and professional rectification of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults in the production facilities

• Independent execution of regular plant inspections as well as preventive maintenance and servicing work to ensure smooth operational processes

• Design and manufacture of special aids and tools for targeted use on the various production plants

• Support in the optimisation of existing plants and processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic (ideally truck, agricultural machinery, construction machinery or production mechanic) or a comparable technical qualification

• Extensive professional experience and practical knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering are a great advantage

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, for smooth communication within the team and with interfaces

• Innovative and solution-oriented attitude with the ability to find pragmatic solutions even in complex challenges

• Strong reliability, teamwork skills and resilience even in demanding situations

• Independent and structured working style with a high awareness of quality
