Job Description
This management position has great development potential
Continuous and room-hour shifts
- Overall responsibility for the restaurant with approx. 90 seats
- Supervision and operational participation in restaurant and banquet service
- Increase in turnover by ensuring a high-quality service
- Participation in development projects
- Ensuring efficient processes through forward-looking deployment planning for a team of around 10 people
- Promotion and maintenance of team spirit and a calm working atmosphere
- Implementation of training as well as motivation of the team and trainers for apprentices and interns
- Various administrative tasks and management of the wine cellar
Qualifications
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist or completed hotel management school
- Leadership experience and high leadership competence
- Organisational and communication talent with a pronounced host mentality
- Team player and leadership personality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
- Resilient and flexible
- German as a mother tongue or very good German skills, additionally you have good English and preferably French skills
