Application Support Specialist - Front Office
We are looking for an Intern within the IT Operations department to provide application support for Front tools (Wealth Management) to the client-facing and operational units of Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A., as well as to our external partners.
YOUR ROLE
Provide functional support for Wealth Management applications
Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot all issues raised within the team
Ensure maximum availability of applications and deliver quick solutions to Front teams’ queries
Participate in quality checks and drafting of new application release
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong interest in the banking sector
Strong analytical and teamwork skills with a keen interest in client interaction
Sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in French and English
Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
