To contribute to your success, your supervision is provided by certified trainers and, throughout your training, internships are organised within the institution or in collaboration with partner companies and institutions to ensure you receive diverse, innovative, and quality training.
The Crans-Montana Clinic, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions consist of caring for patients for rehabilitation in general internal and psychosomatic medicine, polyvalent post-operative or post-hospitalisation rehabilitation in an acute setting. The Crans-Montana Clinic holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains internal doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva.
For the 2027 intake, the administrative team is looking for its future MPE intern.
Job Description
At the Crans-Montana Clinic, we offer you the opportunity to start your professional journey in a stimulating, human, and discovery-rich environment.
During your MPE internship year, you will work within several essential administrative sectors for the smooth running of the institution, including reception, admissions, human resources, administrative and accounting management, as well as the secretariat.
Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop your skills by participating in varied activities such as managing correspondence, administrative follow-up of patients, preparing statistics, managing cash registers and suppliers, as well as entering accounting entries.
The diversity of assigned tasks and the specific demands of the hospital environment allow you to gain a comprehensive and enriching experience. You will discover the many facets of administrative work while contributing, at your level, to the quality of reception and services offered to our patients.
This internship year is an excellent opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired at school while developing new professional skills in a formative and rewarding setting.
Qualifications
You will complete your training at the Business School in 2027.
You have good knowledge of common IT tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
With an excellent sense of contact and reception, you enjoy interacting with a variety of interlocutors and know how to adopt a professional attitude in all circumstances.
You are organised, rigorous, and appreciate administrative work. Your writing skills and attention to detail allow you to deliver quality work.
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn, you wish to discover different administrative areas and gain concrete experience within a recognised institution.
You are keen to invest yourself in practical and enriching training, serving the population, and have a particular interest in the health sector.
