Finance Clerk (Temporary)

For a company with a corporate-like structure, we are currently looking for temporary support as a "Finance Clerk" with a workload of 80-100%. You will work as an all-round talent in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and can support various process steps in the workflow. The position starts immediately or by arrangement. The assignment is currently limited to a period of about four to six months. An extension or permanent employment will be evaluated during the assignment. The workplace is conveniently located near Bern train station and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. 

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Assistance in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Booking of incoming payments and bank reconciliations
• Creating payment runs and reconciling general ledger accounts 
• Responding to enquiries (customers and suppliers) and supporting the dunning process

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training at the "Accounting Clerk" level
• You have already gained at least two years of experience in the financial accounting of a larger company
• You speak German fluently; additional language skills are a plus
• You have already booked on SAP or have a course certificate in the SAP ERP area
• As a person, you are characterised by accuracy and your networked way of thinking
