HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will take on a central and responsible role for all HR topics within Elexon GmbH. With your broad experience as an HR generalist, you actively shape both operational and strategic personnel issues and contribute significantly to the further development of our HR work. As part of our hybrid working model, you will be present at the Aachen location in person three days a week.

You are a competent contact person for our employees and managers, independently manage recruiting and payroll processes, and ensure a smooth execution of all relevant HR activities.

Your area of responsibility is diverse – from advisory roles to project work to the implementation of administrative topics in day-to-day business. You report directly to the HR Manager Germany.

YOUR MISSION

·          Trustworthy advice to employees and managers on labor law, personnel management, and organizational issues

·          Independent management and continuous development of all HR processes at Elexon

·          Confident appearance and strong communication skills in coordinating personnel-related topics within corporate structures and committees

·          Close collaboration with management in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes

·          Independent management of the entire recruiting process – from clarifying needs to job postings to accompanying the selection process and onboarding

·          Responsibility for payroll processing in collaboration with the external payroll service provider, including maintaining payroll-relevant data, interface to accounting, and quality assurance

·          Participation in day-to-day operations (e.g., contract creation, certificates, reporting)

YOUR ENERGETIC PROFILE

·          At least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in a dynamic medium-sized or international corporate environment

·          Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law

·          Solid experience in recruiting, especially in independently managing selection processes

·          Good knowledge in payroll processing, ideally in collaboration with external service providers; confident handling of payroll-relevant topics and interfaces

·          High degree of personal responsibility, discretion, and entrepreneurial thinking

·          Strong IT affinity and openness to modern HR tools and systems

·          Strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism in dealing with different stakeholders

·          Negotiation-level German and English skills

·          Enthusiasm for a growth-oriented environment with room for creativity
