Your role – with responsibility and impact
- Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation of demanding projects in the field of Technical Insulation
- Leadership, development and deployment planning of project teams and assembly personnel
- Ensuring the economic project execution regarding costs, quality, deadlines and results
- Co-responsibility for calculations, quotations, change order management and profitable project billing
- Active acquisition of new orders as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Participation in the further development of processes, structures and standards within the business unit
Your profile – competent & structured
- Several years of experience as a project manager in the construction, building services or insulation industry
- Several years of proven leadership experience with direct personnel responsibility
- Strong competence in project controlling, project administration and resource planning
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in the economic management of projects
- High social competence, assertiveness and convincing communication skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Further training in business administration, leadership or corporate management is an advantage
