- During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Merchant EFZ International Freight Forwarding Logistics, you will learn how goods are transported safely and punctually from one country to another.
- You plan the best route, select the appropriate means of transport and organise the entire process.
- Another important part of your work is preparing quotations. You calculate how much the transport will cost and provide this information to the customers.
- You also take care of all necessary customs formalities. You complete the required paperwork and ensure that all rules and regulations are complied with.
- Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to get to know and actively participate in various departments of Loomis Switzerland Ltd.
What you bring with you
- You are currently in Sek A and have an interest in the international freight forwarding logistics industry and its processes.
- Your strengths lie in mathematics and science subjects as well as languages. Since we are an international group and offer our services and support to employees from all over the world, you will be able to continuously apply your foreign language skills.
- You are a team-oriented person who enjoys learning new things and has a quick grasp of concepts.
