Current Position

The National Retirement and Nursing Home in Arbon on Lake Constance sees itself as a lively and family-run home for 24 residents. In a loving atmosphere, we offer not only care and support but also security, warmth, and a true home in a quiet location.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality with a warm presence, an eye for detail, and an open ear for our residents.

Housekeeping Specialist (80%)

Your tasks:

• Cleaning: Responsibility for cleanliness and preservation of value in resident rooms, offices, and public areas – in compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
• Laundry: Professional execution of all tasks in the laundry cycle (resident, operational, and work laundry) including organization and quality assurance
• Service: Assisting with serving meals and drinks – always attentive and caring towards our residents
• Kitchen: Independent preparation of dinner – with care and responsibility for a pleasant end to the day
• Events and Decoration: Co-designing internal events and creative involvement in seasonal decoration in the house
• Inventory Management: Support in material management and reordering of housekeeping products
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Close cooperation with nursing, care, and hospitality – jointly serving the well-being of our residents
• Commitment and Respect: With your professional experience, dedication, and respectful interaction, you contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and create joy of life
