We are looking for a team leader for electronics production who will strengthen our team and work with us to further develop process and product quality. The goal is to delight our customers with even more precise and reliable electronics and to position our company with a clear advantage for the demands of tomorrow.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• take on the professional and organisational leadership of the quality team with 12 employees in a two-shift operation.
• be responsible for the systematic analysis and sustainable rectification of quality deviations as well as the implementation of effective corrective and improvement measures.
• manage inline repair processes and coordinate fault analyses at the assembly level to minimise rework, scrap, and production interruptions.
• work closely with production, supplier quality, incoming goods inspection, and development to ensure consistent product and process quality.
• continuously develop the organisation, processes, and quality standards in the spirit of Operational Excellence.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have a higher technical education (HF or equivalent) with a focus on electrical engineering, as well as further training in quality management.
• bring several years of professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in electronics manufacturing.
• are characterised by a strong process understanding and high quality awareness, as well as sound knowledge of structured problem-solving methods.
• know how to develop employees purposefully.
• communicate confidently in German and English.
