As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Management and implementation of all recruiting processes - from needs assessment to hiring
- Active candidate approach via various channels as well as creative design of job advertisements
- Organization and conduct of job interviews including initial interviews, follow-up, and selection decision
- Collaboration with personnel service providers, participation in fairs, and expansion of strategic networks in the DACH region
- Maintenance and further development of university and school cooperations as well as success control of all recruiting measures
- You have a completed university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable education and at least two years of professional experience in recruiting
- Experience in large-scale hotels is desirable
- Very good MS Office skills
- Professional appearance, high service orientation, and communication skills
- Good English skills
