• Service delivery according to the latest findings in emergency medicine and emergency nursing
• Support of the Head of Emergency Nursing in the organisational and personnel management of the nursing emergency team
• Participation in the development and implementation of various concepts
• Ensuring quality
• Co-design and further development of modern First-Look structures as well as triage processes in emergency care

What You Bring to This Position

• Diploma in nursing HF/FH or a foreign qualification recognised by the SRK and further training in NDS Emergency Nursing
• Ideally, you have initial leadership experience in the sought-after environment
• Ideally, you already have leadership training at the federal specialist certificate level or the willingness to acquire it
• Enjoy working in a lively environment with changing and unpredictable situations
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
