What is my role?

• Whether viewings, handovers or apartment returns, you act at the right moment and on site

• You help to market residential and commercial properties and ensure property maintenance

• You communicate with owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities by phone, in writing or in person

• You conduct co-owner and condominium owners' meetings, and take over the management of caretakers

• Your flair for numbers helps you with dunning and debt collection as well as handling creditor invoices

What do I need to be successful?

• You are the master of perfect timing - whether at viewings, handovers or apartment returns, you appear like a superhero (just without a cape)

• You make residential and commercial properties so attractive that they practically rent themselves - and ensure everything stays in tip-top condition

• You are a communication artist and effortlessly juggle between owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities - whether on the phone, by email or face-to-face

• Numbers are your friends: you easily manage dunning and creditor invoices while others are still looking for the calculator
