Activities
- Overall responsibility for accounting and financial reporting of Immobilien Stadt Bern
- Responsibility for annual financial planning (budget, financial/investment planning, forecast)
- Representation of financial matters of the Fund for Land and Housing Policy in the operating commission
- Responsible for the strategic planning and further development of ISB's IT applications
- Management of the department with a total of 13 employees
Profile
- Degree in higher business administration in finance or similar (university or university of applied sciences) and real estate-specific further education in finance
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the real estate sector of the public sector or similar organizations
- Leadership experience
- Experience in implementing or supporting industry-specific IT projects
- Strong service, customer orientation as well as planning and organizational skills
