HR Project Manager: Digitalisation and Transformation (m/f/d)

In our HR department, you will actively shape the digital transformation of Zürcher Kantonalbank. You will work closely with various HR teams and specialist departments to ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, effective manner and in line with our strategy. In doing so, you combine HR expertise with data and technology skills and make a direct contribution to the further development of our bank as a close employer in the canton of Zurich.

• Structuring and setting up HR projects including defining goals, milestones and results
• Managing and monitoring various initiatives as part of coordinated programme management
• Acting as a sparring partner on content-related questions on topics along the employee lifecycle and HR IT
• Analysing, optimising and digitalising HR processes as well as identifying and implementing HR-specific AI use cases
• Supporting budget planning, resource management and implementation of the HR department’s ambitions
• Preparing management presentations including decision templates and recommendations for action
• Collaborating with different HR teams to develop and present data-based recommendations
• Preparing and presenting meaningful HR reports to optimise HR and bank performance

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project or programme management, ideally in consulting, financial industry or HR
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and recognise dependencies
• Excellent analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in interpreting, preparing and presenting complex data appropriately for the audience
• You convince with clear, audience-appropriate communication, confident appearance and professional stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of modern cloud technologies, ideally first experience with AI-based solutions
• High initiative, teamwork skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style complete your profile
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
