Your Area of Responsibility
- You support engineering and administration tasks and keep the Windows Server infrastructure up to date
- You are significantly involved in the continuous development and efficient operation of our modern backend infrastructure, which is based on VMware vSphere and includes over 800 mainly virtual servers
- You implement new applications company-wide, ensure the quality/standards and stable operation of the servers
- In collaboration with our Customer Support Center, application managers, and our partners, you support 2nd and 3rd level support thanks to your know-how and experience and show willingness to perform on-call duty
Your Experience
- You have a basic education in computer science (EFZ or higher), certificates in system engineering, or are currently pursuing a part-time computer science degree
- Several years of experience in data center & backend systems, VMware vSphere, scripting (PowerShell), and Windows Server characterize you
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, your analytical and networked thinking ability, high commitment, and initiative complete your profile
- Experience with VMware vSphere in larger environments is an advantage
