Role:
In this senior medical leadership role, you will take on the management and organisation of gynaecology and obstetrics at one location and be responsible for the independent specialist care and treatment of patients in the consultation hours. You will be active surgically, engage actively in service operations, and contribute your expertise to the further development of the women’s clinic. The role requires a specialist qualification in gynaecology and obstetrics, comprehensive knowledge of the entire field, and ideally a focus on operative gynaecology. Additionally, leadership experience as a senior or chief physician, the requirements for a professional practice licence, and a sonography certificate (or equivalent qualification) are required. Responsibility, resilience, enjoyment of independent work, and strong teamwork skills characterise the profile for this demanding management position.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you lead and organise gynaecology and obstetrics.
You independently care for and treat patients in your consultation hours.
As senior medical leadership, you perform surgical procedures in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics.
You actively contribute to service operations at the Langenthal site.
In this role, you participate in the professional and structural development of the women’s clinic.
Qualifications:
- You hold a specialist qualification in gynaecology and obstetrics.
- You have several years of leadership experience as a senior or chief physician.
- You meet the admission criteria for the professional practice licence and for the sonography certificate in gynaecology and obstetrics from the SGUM (or an equivalent recognised certificate).
- You possess comprehensive knowledge across the full spectrum of gynaecology; a focus qualification in operative gynaecology is advantageous.
- You demonstrate a high level of responsibility, resilience, and enjoyment of independent work.
- You complement the team with strong teamwork skills and a cooperative, appreciative attitude.
