Senior Manager, Head of Filling Line V

Are you looking for an exciting and varied challenge in the field of sterile filling and interested in leading a filling line in routine production? Do you enjoy independent, precise, and interconnected work in a dynamic team?
 

We have the ideal position for you:

You work in the area of sterile filtration, filling lines & pasteurisation/incubation in production and take over the management of a Filling Line V. In this role, you lead the production team and the facility in routine production.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Technical and personnel management of a filling line and the associated production teams (6 direct reports, total approx. 40 people)
• Responsible for occupational safety, qualitative, quantitative, and timely fulfillment of the production order. The safety of aseptically filled products is of the highest priority
• Responsible for continuous development and improvement of the processes and equipment in the area
• Responsible for the qualification status and training of employees and equipment
• Leadership and participation in projects, support in the introduction of new procedures, products, and equipment
• Implementation of the new regulatory requirements in connection with Annex 1
• Compilation and evaluation of electronic data
• Close cooperation and exchange / interdisciplinary work with internal and external partners
• Presenting the line during customer and regulatory inspections

You bring the following qualifications and professional experiences:

• Completed scientific (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) studies (university or university of applied sciences) or many years of experience in the field
• 4-6 years of professional experience with ideally leadership experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in the GMP environment
• Independent working style, quick comprehension in dealing with new topics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, questions existing processes, and makes suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
