For the establishment and ongoing expansion of our dementia teams, we are looking for:

Qualified Nursing Professionals, Health Professionals & Health and Social Assistants 50% - 90%

This is your field of activity

• Co-design and development of a specialised dementia team
• Comprehensive and professional care and support of clients with dementia and their relatives in the home environment
• Promotion of person-centred and respectful communication with people with dementia
• Collaboration/coordination with the network of clients with dementia

• Completed training in the nursing field (tertiary, secondary or AGS)
• Experience in caring for people with dementia or willingness to engage deeply with the topic
