- Creation of structured investigation plans as well as careful documentation of all investigative actions
- Preparation, conduct and evaluation of interviews

- Close collaboration with internal and external interfaces
- Preparation of meaningful investigation reports and presentation of results for relevant stakeholders
- Participation in the further development and optimisation of processes, and, if suitable, taking on the deputy role of Head of Investigation
