About the job
- Leading a team of around 30 employees
- Ensuring smooth workflows within the department as well as good cooperation with other departments in the hotel
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations
- Providing the necessary materials in the kitchens and restaurants
- Continuous improvement of the department's service
- Checking all equipment in the department for cleanliness according to legal requirements and operational needs
- Checking and ordering all cleaning agents
- Preparing monthly consumption invoices for cleaning agents
- Experience in leading a larger and multicultural team
- Assertive as well as a social team player
- Organised, structured and very independent
- Fluent German and English skills are required
